The Home Page Photographs

Since the web site was revamped the home page has been identified primarily by a single photo which is changed every few months. This is chosen for its visual impact, its joi d'vivre or some other eye catching quality. Yes, this will always have a personal choice element in it but hopefully all Bernese owners will appreciate them to some degree. These photos can sometimes be found elsewhere on this web site, usually in the reports, but it was thought to be a good idea to collect them under one page for your enjoyment and from its current small beginning over a few years this page could build into a stunning Bernese album.

If you are a club member and have a Bernese photo with real "wow" factor by all means submit it for consideration .............. but only if you can stand rejection, the picture subject has to be eye catching and the quality has to be acceptable as well - no low pixel mobile shots here. We're definitely not after posing show shots or "run of the mill cute" (e.g. Bernese just sat with cat/hamster/rabbit/child!) but things that jump out (to me!!) and haven't already been seen extensively elsewhere. We are probably talking about action shots of Bernese doing things rather than just posing but there are no definite criteria on the subject. Landscape format is much better because of the shape of the screen.
